That is totally within COSC spec. Don't touch it...it's runnng better than many new watches straight "out of the box".
Depnding on how you use your watch (swimming, snorkeling etc.), you may want to have the water resistance checked by a watchmaker. Should be no more than $30 or so.

That is a bit hi, unless it needs a lot of work sometime in the future. It should not cost that much even from Omega in Bienne Switzerland.

Email me for a referal to my watchmaker located in Central Florida. If you were having warrenty work done OR a COMPLETE overhaul of an older watch, I'd send it to Bienne.
But for run-of-the-mill cleaning,adjusting, my guy in Florida is EXCELLENT and work on all hi-end watches...Rolex, Breitling, Omega, Blancpain, JLC, IWC, Zenith etc. for about $300 or so.
