Without knowing the model number we'd just be guessing here. I have various Catalogues on my website ( www.Old-Omegas.com ) feel free to look through them, you may find a match.
I'd take it to a local watchmaker that you trust & ask him to open it up. He can then give it a quick check over & write down the various numbers. It may be worth getting the watch serviced.
As fas as the date change is concerned, I wind the watch forward to 03:00 then back to 21:00. I repeat this for each change. This is quicker than winding forward a complete month.
