Isn't that in the range of tolerance for an automatic watch (even without running)?

I have a better watch for you if you are an avid runner. Check out the Suunto T6. I own one, and it is amazing. In addition to HR, it plots respiratory rate, whether or not you are improving fitness wise, etc. Check it out:
