It need professional help..I would invoke warranty

and insist they service it at Omega - at their costs. Why create for yourself unnecessary suspicion, risk and worry over the nature and quality of the fix if it is done elsewhere?

For example can you be sure that unauthentic parts had been used to substitute or replace genuine ones inside the watch in the course of repair unless the watchmaker is someone reliable and well known in the Omegan circles.
