Omega Losing Time

Hello - My girlfriend recently bought me an Omega Seamaster for my 30th. She bought it via Ebay...and did not get any papers with it! The watch is lovely and it was a nice idea/gift. Initially I thought there were some problems with the bracelet coming undone, but have identifies this as the divers flex being insecurely fastened.

The watch seems to be losing about 12 seconds a day...I have not told her this (ahem!). Is this sommon with the automatic Omega seamaster? I can live with this for a while, but guess I may need to get it serviced or something. Does anybody have any comments about where/cost etc? I am based near London. Also will they service without the papers? It is a genuine Omega as I have done all the checks.

Wonder why there are no papers? Wonder it it is stolen or it was rejected for losing time?

Thanks for any ideas.
