To 'PHIL':
Very similar situation for me...Seamaster chronograph was my dad's (d. 2000) from circa 1970. Made contact directly with SGUS in Secaucus and shipped with all contact info per their specific instructions. That was on July 19, 2007 and I have not heard one single f***ing thing from anybody! Am currently tracing and making in depth inquiry, but if you or anybody has other phone #s to get the information I need, that would be appreciated. Might not be fault of SGUS, but if so, no report is poor business. Better luck to you.
