Re: What's BIENNE and how do I do that?

: What's BIENNE and how do I do that?

Bienne is the city in Switzerland where Omega is located. The main factory service center is there.

I have no idea how to send a watch there, and would really like to know who to contact. I went to the Omega website, but there's no information at all there, other than a "contact" page where you can submit questions. I asked a couple of days ago how to send a watch for factory service in Bienne, but have gotten no answer. I found some info by searching this board, but I'm not sure it's up to date. I would prefer to be able to contact Omega directly to be sure before I send my father's completely original Ploprof 600m across the atlantic to some random address.

Does anyone know how to contact the Bienne service center directly?
