I just goto back a response from Omega Bienne. They sent me the same email as I found on Bill C's webpage. It was nice to get it directly from Omega, as now I am sure about the shipping. The quoted price for the "normal" service is very inexpensive. I expect my bill will be larger given the watch is not running.

I found that DHL will insure antique watches for up to $25,000, so that's how I will ship. I called them to verify this. Does anyone have experience with customs form 4455? How do you go about getting the form signed by a customs official?
