Did you buy it new from an AD ?

Hi Mr. Lee,

If you bought the watch new from an AD, you should just call the AD, explain the problem & send/take the watch back.

I'm not sure what grey-market dealers will do.

Every mechanical object has the potential of having a problem, whether it is a Formula 1 car, Concorde, the Shuttle, The Hubble telescope etc etc etc. Now & then a "lemon" does get out of the factory, or maybe it left the factory in perfect condition & something happened subsequently eg. it got dropped , magnetized etc etc )

However, I'm not sure how much weight I'd place on a survey in eBay.
