I hope this will help someone to identify the this timepiece.

The seller referred to it as a "very rare Swiss Silver Omega Skeleton Watch 1908". I am not sure where the year 1908 came from unless the seller has some considerable expertise in antique Omega watches.
Any help appreciated.
