I have a similar watch. Mine is shown on the left here..

Notice the case area where the strap attaches.

I have also seen these models with BLACK dials. ( as shown in this advert from 1974 ) - you can click on this picture for a larger version.



BUT, as you point out, I've never noticed a depth rating on the dial.

Feel free to look through them, maybe there's one shown there with a depth rating.

I'd say your dial is much less common than the dial without the depth rating.

I know a while ago, I spoke with Keith Tilley about these watches & he said he'd been looking for an f300 Diver for a while, but had never found one in a condition & at a price that he liked.

It looks to be a great watch that you've found there, in great condition & all original. Thanks for sharing it with us.
