according to omega customer service aka service center, the warranty does not cover external parts like crystal, bracelet etc. the warranty only covers watch internals.

so cut the story short, i finally decided to purchase the end-piece since it's quite affordable and labour fee is waived due to the reason my watch is still under warranty. TQ
