... and I thought it was just me! Not only being that obsessive but noticing the inconsistencies after just having set the time. I thought it was just the error in setting it, and changed my behavior to only recheck after a week or so assuming this spread the error over that many days and my "daily variation" would be a more accurate figure.
Now, for an explanation? Does anyone understand the mechanics enough to hazard a guess why this happens? Does the act of disengaging the hands upset the accuracy?
