Amazing entry!!,

A sloppy discrepancy in the Omega fulfillment process. No doubt most of their movements are ordered/produced in batches and are shelved for some time before the're assembled in a final product. But hiding behind a third party policy for not having a valid chronometer certificate on a new watch is unacceptable. The many solutions to guarantee a new watch's (arguably most important) feature are almost trivial.

I wonder when you'll be offered the Omega secret shopper position Sam; if I'd run a premium product business, I would definitely want to know about, and repair hiatus situations like this.

suggest to add this to the Omega consumer zone: to be critical on chronometer certificate's provided (even by the AD's)
