Thanks for the response. I was aware of the risk of using a "grey market" dealer when I bought the watch, but I figured that with a prestigious brand, and a high(er) volume product, that I would not have any problems inside the 2 years. I only have a WorldWatches guarentee card, but the serial numbers are intact. Regardless of the legal entity position, it's the way that the current users on the Worldwatches domain are proclaiming their "continuous service" that I find most irritating. I live and learn....
