That's not normal, Nelson. That movement has a quick change
: time-zone feature at the first click of the stem, which adjusts
: only the hour hand. Perhaps try adjusting the hour hand only
: with the stem at its first position, as this may "jump
: start" the movement of the hour hand. Otherwise, the
: movement, which I'm guessing is a 1538, may need
: repair/replacement. An entire replacement movement is available
: brand new on the internet to watchmakers (or you, if you're
: brave!) for a very reasonable cost, so don't let a watchmaker

Actually, is it a 1538, and I've tried adjusting the hour hand with it's stem at the first position, but it still loses time after a few hours. Maybe it could a sign of the battery coming to an end, or I may need it repaired. Anyways, thank you for the advice. I appreciate it.
