Looks to me as though you have an Omega Geneve from the 1970s but you dont say if it is automatic or handwind, so it is not possible to speculate on the calibre of movement which could be anything from a cal 601 to a 563.

Best idea is to have to watch case opened and to record the numbers on the movement and the inner case back.

The watch is however genuine.
