I was looking for some answers to this question myself as I wanted to buy a Panerai from them, I decided to take the plunge and have to say that they have delivered very well. The watch is exquisite and I am totally happy with it - you never know with these things and I was pretty skeptical about it - but I did as much research as was possible, I also talked it through with them in great detail and they were very patient with me. Having met them at their office for the handover I was very reassured meeting Lee (the boss) who I was able to ask any question to. I took my watch to watches of Switzerland (Old Brompton Rd) today to get the the metal strap altered - a tiny part of me was scared that they were going to come out and tell me that the watch wasn't genuine - not a bit of it, they happily adjusted the watch strap for me and wouldn't even take a fee (I even offered!)
So all in all - during my period of consideration of buying from the branded watch company - I was constantly googling to try and find some positive feedback - I can now categorically confirm that they are very good - good luck.
