IN responce to the above comments as the the md of the company i would like to give a balnced answer
the watch was sent out from our supplier in time but for whatever reason royal mail did not deliver in time
the watch was stuck at the sorting office in belfast which is in the uk
i never refused to give a refund i made the point that i cannot stop the wtch in transit as it is on its way to them but as soon as we recieve the watch back from them or royal mail i would refund her immediatly
i have never been rude or aggresive on the phone i just explained our posistion unlke her partner who was very rude
if people use this site to criticise my company because they have had poor service this is simply not good enough from our point of view and we are working towards correcting these issues
however the comments above are not true or accurate and have the right do defend myself and the company.
