i wanted to reply to the posts that people have added here
i cant come on here and defend me or the company as most of what people have said is true
but there are reasons behind what has happened and whether people like ot or not its the truth
when anybody makes a card payment through a website or any typr of terminal a card processing company handle the transcaction and in a 72hr period depsoit the funds into the company bank accounts, the comapny we used was streamline, with no reason or warning they suspemded our account whilst this was happenign any funds previously taken did not get deposited into the company accounts, we couldent take nay payments neither could we do any refunds onto any customers accounts, as our bank accoutn was then frozen we had no means of retunring customers money , we emaialed every single customer who had an order with us advised the of the current situation and expalined exactly what to do to recover their funds, unfortunalty those whom paid by debit card or bank transfer i would say 95% of our clients have issued chargeback proceedures and euther have had their money returned or in the process of having it returned to them
this is a situation out of our control which left us in a impossible posistion
anybody who hasent recieved a refund from there card company can contact me direct on
