First off all sorry for my English it is not perfect. I represent company from other country that bought Patek watch in 1st of December 2009 and DID NOT get the item and the refund. BWCO are the worst company ever, we deal also with other companies from UK and there was no problem since now at Branded Watch Company. We give this case to our lawyer because we are tired of hearing that they've made refund than that the bank account number was wrong even if we pass by email the GOOD one at least 2 times and please do not tell me MR Niles that your accountant couldn't check our transefer of money to you company and proper number. It is funny because now mr Niles have excuse and do not answer our phones, he brocked his anckle while playing soccer. So now Mr Niles stop playing and start working. I can give you direct number to theirs office if you want, do not hestitate to mail me if your situation is simmilar.
: I agree 100%.
: AVOID THIS COMPANY - AVOID THIS COMPANY - AVOID THIS COMPANY -
: AVOID THIS COMPANY - AVOID THIS COMPANY - AVOID THIS COMPANY
: I have placed an order with this company for a Rolex on 24/12/09
: and was assured delivery in 6-8 weeks. After numerous calls and
: 2 assurances that the watch would be delivered in 2 weeks, Lee
: Niles has e-mailed me (22/3/10) to confirm that the company's
: bank account is frozen and that they cannot provide either a
: refund or a watch.
: I am being provided a refund from my credit card company and am
: corresponding with their fraud dept who undoubtedly will be
: investigating this matter very closely (and I will provide them
: with copies of all correspondence).
: I suspect the Branded Watch Company did not place the order with
: their supply in December 2009 when I ordered the watch, hence
: the delay and the raft of excuses.
: If you are still 'waiting' for your watch, I urge you to wait no
: longer and arrange legal proceedings or contact your credit card
: company.
