On Monday, October 26, Fellows will be auctioning a "Skipperrera". The listing in the catalog is HERE.
With the Skipperreras, the desirability seems to hinge on a couple of factors -- (a) how the blue paint has survived over the years, as we usually see some paint loss around the applied markers, and (b) how bright and vibrant the colors are, particularly on the three segments in the minute recorder. The watch being sold by Fellows seems to do well on both counts -- minimal paint loss around the markers and strong colors on the minute recorder.
We'll hope to add some additional photos and details, in the next few days.
