At least I'm not alone and/or going mad!!!
I saw the watch at Milan Airport in the Duty Free section and it was next to several other Swiss watches so I think it was real.
Maybe it's an old release or brand new?
Where did you see it?
How much was it?
I saw it for 1866 Euro (reduced from 1950 Euro) which is around the normal retail price in Europe (before discount).

SOMEONE HELP US!!! :)
