Gentlemen I don't know the excat meaning as I do not think it is an actual word. The term was first seen by me a few years ago now on the EOT/Dive forum.
It means the watch has that 'used look' meaning that the watch has had an interesting history/life.
It was my posting of this watch there that drew the expression out from the moderator, Tyler Y
