Now I know what wabi is.
I scored some wabe this summer. Just when I thought my ebay buying days where over because so much chrono crap and so many bidders.
I won a fully serviced with new Heuer pvd band 5100 chrono at Buy it now. $480.00 (it really was a decent service too for once) Ya baby!!!---
& A real knockout to me if you like patina.
A trade in at a jewelers I worked at and still do, but at homeP./T. It looks simler your old Clunker Jeff, but its a lessser mark to me. It the same colors ect. Breitling.
This watch had been serviced by us for all its life by the now owners grandfather, father and me.
The owner wanted us to have it rather than another service.. Yes "have it friends"... The owner gave it to me. I told them what it was worth.(my prices of old maybe $600.-800.00 in good shape) Thay told me ya after I do some what thay call magic to it. it needed everything from a Crystal to a full service. Its on the button now. and what pusher feel Ohhhhhhhhhhh.....
