OK, fellas . . . for the last six months, I have been promising to update our Price Guide to Vintage Heuer Timepieces, and at long last, I have a draft of the Updated Price Guide.

Now here is where I need everyone's help. International Watch magazine would like to publish this Price Guide in one of their Fall 2007 issues, and I have exactly one week to finalize the Price Guide and submit it to the magazine for publication. If you compare this Updated Price Guide to our current Price Guide, you will see some significant changes in the price levels and in the watches that make the list. Yes, the McQueen Monacos are approaching $10,000; Yes, I have added the Black PVD Monacos . . . No, the Mappamondo and Easy Riders still don't make the list.

It would be absolutely fantastic if our readers would post their suggestions about this Updated Price Guide:

• Are these prices good estimates?

• Are there other Heuers that should be on the list?

• Have I included some watches that don't belong on the list (either because they are not worth the new $1,800 minimum or because you couldn't expect to find one in the specified one-year of searching)?
• Look for your favorites, and be certain that they are on the list.
