Sorry but I'don't totally agree with you..
because for this case/serial(202-203xxx) we have seen 11 calibe unmodified inside,than this is a strange case vieroy stile with
full visible pushers but a 1136 reference without v
the only thing that doesn't match is the dial ,but that's what I'm asking, if it's posible thay start in istalling the 1-12 dial in this period with the early case -mouvment-hands...
than I would like to know the caliber and serial number of this Arno watch...
