Each of these is a lovely number for the watch on which it is marked. I am starting to believe that the best way to describe the numbering scheme is a series of "bands", and 143xxx is in the "band" of early MHs and 202xxx is in the "band" of the early Sifferts.
If you can send me the full numbers, I would like to add them to my table (and can keep any number of digits confidential, if you like).
Thanks,
Jeff

: Hi Paul, thanks, and yes, they are both cal 11. The Siffert I have
: been told is 1970, not sure about the MH. Ref serial numbers,
: the Siffert is late 202s and the MH is late 143s. I thought
: they'd be closer together but I can't make head nor tail of the
: Heuer numbering system. Maybe someone can shes some light?
