Well, it is definately relumed as the seller mentions. The german sentence in the description "Zeiger und Indikatoren leuchtend" means "Hands and dial glow".
The rest of the picture seems to be a little bit "over-photoshopped". Just look at the surface of the case - has been blured a lot.
