I looked through my Classic wristwatches book (ISBN-978-0-7892-1040-1)
The case is certainly a 1940's to 1950 Heuer/Leonidas Chronograph....the only dial i have found similar (has a different outer scale) and with a Valjoux 72 movement is as below but as you can see the pusher aren't the rectangular type as in the 1940's-50's cases......
