Scott... I have sent hundreds of items using USPS Delivery Confirmation and have never not received a final confirmation of delivery...
even if someone skipped the final scan, his buyer probably would've at least confirmed the delivery to Stewart... my sense is that this item has gone missing...
luckily I have never had a delivery problem with USPS in over 10 years of sending 'stuff' (knock on wood :)
