Yes it does with the two differences that:
* the colours of the dial are like Monaco 1133B
* the Heuer logo is at least 50% bigger
Could it be a redial of the dial in your watch? Or would you know that it has been produced with 1133b colours as well? And, is your's an official French Heuer?
