Looks legit to me, PVD can be done, so can a decent looking Oyster Bracelet be PVDed as well. Put a new Crystal on her and she'd look fine.
Date? I'd guess somewhere between 1980 and 1984-5...
Look through the catalogs available here and on my sight to get an idea of it's vintage.
