I have seen sort like boxes in the past too Nic, but still this one is very different. The white lining inside is finished very poor, especially in the edges, the size is not thesame and the hinge is constructed completely different.

I think the box(es) you saw 10 years ago had thesame size as we used to know. Also I have seen original boxes in darker red colour...there was a variation indeed.

For me this is a very bizarre box...again it is very strange to me that the seller delete all the pictures in his original ebay listing.
