Hi Jim.
First thing you need is a photo host. I use Imageshack, others use Photobucket and Flickr.
You'll be asked to upload your chosen photo(s), and then will be shown a series of links. The hosts are keen to get people to visit their pages, so a lot of the links are about driving those page clicks, even ones which say they are "for forums". What you actually want is the one called "direct link" or something similar. It should end in the file format - usually .jpeg. If it ends with something else, you probably don't have the direct link. Flickr seems most reluctant to give that one - Imageshack requires you to register to get it, but that's free.
Anyway, post that link directly into the text you're writing on ChronoTrader.
Highlight the whole link with your mouse.
Then, on the button bar underneath the subject line, press the button second from right that looks like a picture frame.
Done!
Repeat for however many photos you have. But do them separately like this, don't try and do it en masse.
Then click preview to make sure it looks as intended before clicking post.
Good luck!
