I've reported the seller. I was looking at the 'report item' options, you've probably seen these already Paul, but just in case you haven't, there is an option for violation of personal copyright.

Funnily enough, I saw a listing last week that had copied my description of a watch, taken from my blog. I don't mind that much - they are only words, but I am aware that readers of the auction may have presumed it was me selling the watch.
