website. in the usa it's lvmh after sales service in n.j.. basically you just mail it INSURED to the address, and then they will mail you a quote.

as for the dial and hands....i can't comment as i have no idea?? i can say it will be a waste of time calling and asking, as all they will tell you is to send it in. if it can't be done, they will let you know and send it back, or so i hear. hope this helps??
