A huge thank you to you both for your support of the sale! I can't believe it's 24 hours away. I really enjoy the open market provided by an auction house and truly impressed by how the internet has helped promoting the sale internationally, "reaching out" to the furthest bidder (!).

I actually believe that auction underbidders provide greater confidence to collectors who actually "see" the interest an item generates, but I do understand that some collectors prefer buying privately and discreetly. The two schools may sit on opposite sides of the market, but results are often the same, especially for rare original items.
