I think the bars with 1.3 mm diameter should be ok.
21mm is not so common but I think you can use the
bars for 22mm.
Check, before without the strap, if you can fit 22mm
bars on 21mm lugs.
Another way could be modify the strap with a good
strap maker help; but after...
Anyway I will check with my watchmaker if I can source
a pair maybe with 1.1mm diameter.
