I would suggest you try one on before you purchase one.
In my opinion is not a nice watch, unless you want to just look at it.
Please have a look at the following picture to see how it sits on the wrist.
And no, a $300-400 bracelet is not a solution.
Mine is real beater, I got it in trade for next to nothing.
It does make a good paperweight.
