Poor Man's Heuer?

Bought this little Breitling as part of a pocket watch deal the other day. I had never seen one like it. It looks a bit like a Heuer of the period so I thought I would post its picture. It has the typical Leonidas movement. The case is stainless and marked Breitling. I think I will get her a bath.
