Other than the obvious different bezel i see the Orange-Boy and the 1163P as very much the same watch.
Here's my all too rare 1163P as seen in the 1972 catalog http://www.onthedash.com/Guide/_Catalogs/1972_Chronograph_Catalog/72Chronos1213.jpg
It has a 242XXX serial number which chimes in quite well as a 1972 watch.
One point to note is that the artists impression that appears in the catalog has full lume hour markers. I dont recall ever seeing an 1163P in the wild with anything other than the steel markers on my example. It could well be another case of the artists impression not meeting the reality of production.
