In our opinion it's an obvious jump to see the dial execution of this dial, as it shares it's dna with the aforementioned screwback GMT, but i can see you might have doubts Jeff, which is of course "your call", we'll take no offence!
Happy NY to all, book ready to order by the end of next week, Chrstmas & New Year caused a small delay.
Cheers

: I believe that this so-called "4th Execution" appeared
: as a dial, and was then "completed" by being put in a
: case and getting some hands.

: Maybe I'm too conservative / restrictive about this, but I have a
: hard time calling it an "execution", until we see some
: evidence that Heuer produced a watch in the specific
: configuration. Until then, seems to me that it is a dial -- test
: / prototype / error (GMT dial, missing the "GMT") --
: but not an execution of the Autavia.
: Perhaps others have learned more about the history of these . . .
: will be interesting to hear and see more.
