I am confused. How did you make payment? Where is he located, and where are you located? If he is in the USA, then you can easily contact the FBI, for wire transfer fraud. They take this very seriously. In addition, wire transfer funds have an address associated to the bank account. Can you provide some more details to see how someone might be able to help.
