Just to pile more doubt on the fire, the crystal looks not right. I see rounded parts on the inside of the corners, but the real Monaco doesn't have that. The dial looks good, but the sub-hands and chrono hand look wrong too.
Additionally they are willing to take it down for the first offer of $100,000, but if the watch was authentic it would likely be worth way more than that right?
Feels like what Stewart said: trying to turn a reasonably nice fixer-upper Monaco into a gold mine.
