At it's core, it seems like his reasoning is deeply flawed. The value of the Poor Man's Heuers rise when Heuers become harder to attain by price or rarity, not if they devalue. If actual Carreras were devalued, why buy a Victor? It is totally illogical. He appears to be trying to sell of his stock of knock-offs.
