You have a great point. My intention was to keep things unnamed, but in hindsight it may have been naive to think that the members here would not figure it out. That is my mistake. I do, however, feel like a have a valid set of questions to discuss regardless of the vendor. It's challenging to know what you can and cannot ask when resellers are forum members as well.
