I agree with what others have written -- these are not especially beautiful (to my eye) or especially rare. They are only "different", which makes them interesting, at least to me.
Yes, we have probably seen fewer than 10 of them, but that is probably because we have not always been noticing them or counting them.
My assumption is that this was an anomaly / error / misprint, that was not intended by Heuer.
