As I understand it...if you placed a higher bid, your bid was accepted regardless if you outbid yourself only.
In other words if you bid $100, and the other bidder was at $90...then you later bid $500...your $500 bid was now accepted, which is contrary to most "auctions".
In a normal auction your $100 bid would stand until someone out bid you. Overall very confusing and too few of opportunities to continue bidding.

In your case I assume the reserve wasn't met and the posted amounts don't show the bids placed after 8am Thursday. So if you increased your bid after that time, its just not showing yet until they post the final update.
