I guess I should be ashamed to show this, but Jeff asked for some color. This is a franken Heuer I made.
The movement and hands are from a very beaten up gold montreal, bought on ebay from a US seller. The NOS case was bought from Australia, also on ebay. The dial came from a dealer in Europe I found thru OtD.
The only thing in my defence I would say is that all the parts are 100% montreal, so maybe it's more like family organ donor rather than a true frankenstein. Anyway, I love it. It truly is a global product of the internet.
